Dispatcher

Dispatchers provide our customers with exceptional service and readily coordinate their needs with our Service Technicians. A high level of overall knowledge of the Company’s products and services also allow our Dispatchers to respond to customer inquiries and/or concerns, and expediently communicate that information to appropriate personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to general customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and invoicing
  • Maintaining service technicians’ regular and on-call schedules
  • Scheduling preventative and follow‐up appointments with customers
  • Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of customer database

Qualifications Needed:

  • Enjoy a schedule of Monday-Thursday from 5pm-12am working from home. All necessary equipment will be provided. (Training will be held initially during regular business hours in our office for 2-3 weeks)
  • Be able to effectively manage potential conflict resolution through clear and courteous communication while addressing all concerns efficiently and expediently
  • Have a minimum of two (2) years related experience
  • Possess advanced communication and customer service skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Have a geographical knowledge of our service area and/or map reading skills

All Dispatchers are expected to have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, as well as undergo a thorough background check.
